Girls have to wear clothes after maintaining the abrasive, but that does not mean that they will wear shades.
In Saudi Arabia, women using loose lip cover that covers the entire body of the feet, is called Abaya. There is no abayana to go outside to see less women. It is legally mandatory to wear it there.
But the Council of Senior Scholars of Saudi Arabia or Councilor of the Most Discussed Religious Thinkers said that Sheikh Abdullah al-Mutlak does not need it.
